The Bundaberg and District Neighbourhood Centre has available:

Three meeting rooms -

  • Two meeting rooms downstairs (a concertina wall can be retracted to create one large room)
  • One meeting room upstairs               
  • Air conditioned
  • Carpet
  • Disability access to downstairs room

If you are planning a function you can also hire:               

  • USB/laptop enabled AV facilities
  • Data projector
  • White boards (including electronic whiteboard)               
  • Laptop
  • Lectern
  • Urn
  • Tea and coffee supplies
  • BBQ

There are two kitchens and dining rooms also available to hire.  Each kitchen includes:

  • Stove
  • Microwave
  • Fridge/Freezer
  • Utensils, dinnerware & cooking equipment

Full serviced amenities

  • Disability toilet
  • Extra toilet – 2 downstairs – 1 upstairs with shower
  • Washing machine

We have set half day and whole day rates.  Separate profit and non-profit client rates are set to keep the service affordable to the broader community.

Upon your enquiry, availability and costs will be discussed. 

If you wish to proceed with a booking, you will be emailed the relevant Room Hire Conditions and Room Hire Application Form for completion to secure your room hire.
