Available day, evening and weekends - reasonable rates -

  • Large meeting room - 8.5m x 10.5m
  • Smaller rooms x 2 (a concertina wall divides the large room) -
    8.5m x 5m
  • Upstairs meeting room - 5.8m x 6.3m
  • Small meeting room
  • All rooms are
    • Air conditioned
    • Carpeted
    • Chairs and moveable tables
  • Disability access to downstairs room

We have set partial and whole day rates.  Separate profit and non-profit client rates are set to keep the service affordable to the broader community.

Upon your enquiry, availability and costs will be discussed. 

If you wish to proceed with a booking, you will be emailed the relevant Room Hire Conditions and Room Hire Application Form for completion to secure your room hire.

Kitchen Facilities

There are two kitchens and dining rooms also available to hire.  Each kitchen includes:

  • Stove
  • Microwave
  • Fridge/Freezer
  • Utensils, dinnerware & cooking equipment


  • Fully fenced playground area
  • Shaded picnic tables
  • Playground equipment and sand pit

Mobile Playvan

  • Available for hire to community organisations on application

If you are planning a function you can also hire:               

  • USB/laptop enabled AV facilities
  • Data projector
  • White boards (including electronic whiteboard)               
  • Laptop
  • Lectern
  • Urn
  • Tea and coffee supplies
  • BBQ
